Send your less-than-platinum Sims on vacation to the Hawk's Nest! The cool mountain air and scenic surroundings will inspire plenty of easily-fulfilled wants.

Designed for the top level of Three Lakes, fits in with the typical rustic Three Lakes style but a little nicer perhaps.

The first floor is a great place to meet new people...after you check in, the in-house restaurant,
and small bowling alley with coffee bar are always lively.

On the second floor you will find one luxury suite for around $900 per night, one smaller suite for about $650 and a game room.

The four similar suites on the third floor go for about $550.

Swimming, exercising, soaking and fishing out back.

Tested in game play. (If you would like to build your own hotel, do not put a loudspeaker directly beneath a hotel room as your sim will not be able to sleep. Unselected rooms will not be rented or if they are, they will not be occupied and the furniture will not disappear. Even two stories up! The same happens if someone leaves a tv on in one of the rooms.)
