This beautiful and charming house is a similar architectural version to a lot that was previously presented, the difference is in the distribution of the rooms.
The house includes;
  • Lving room
  • Kitchen
  • Dining room
  • 1 - 1/2 Bathrooms
  • Master bedroom
  • Kids bedroom
  • Pond

Modification in the arrival of vehicles

When I looked at Brandy Brooke's lot, which is a corner lot, I always wondered if something different could be done for this type of lot. The answer to my question was solved with the modification modification shared by user Inge Jones.
I implemented the aforementioned modification on the corner lots, which I found interesting and tried for a while without any problems. The mod is related to the secret location of the portals on the vehicle and pedestrian roads.
On this corner lot, service vehicles arrive on the left side and not from the front as is traditionally the case. It is a different and interesting way since this house in the fenced area has two doors on each side for access.
The thumbnail image shows how vehicles operate on the corner lot. As a rule, drivers of service vehicles will access the lot from the left side. Carpools, taxis and other vehicles will arrive as usual.
As I mentioned, the modification was tested with all vehicles and no problems or failures were found.
If you would like to make any comments please don't hesitate to do so and enjoy this charming lot in your neighborhood.
It isn't necessary to have the mod installed unless you want to modify the location of the portals.
