As the next Riverview building for my EP Build Project, we have a small laudromat. As with the rest of my Riverview lots, the exterior of this lot is based on a building in the general area of Kansas I live in; specifically, the inspiration for this one is a laundromat on the highway a few minutes from where I live. I have this lot placed at 303 Cypress Lane, next to the Joy household, but it can be placed on any available 20x30 lot.

The interior of the laudromat contains the washers and dryers, some sofas so your Sims don't have to stand while they wait for their laundry, and the restrooms in the back. The exterior is simple: just some parking spaces out front, and a garbage bin and some trees out back.
