A handsome home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area, a swimming pool and an orchard, as well as a bit of wood and stone outside, lots of windows to let the sun in, a pretty alcove and wooden floors in the living areas may make this home irresistible to many Sims.

It is perfect for the family where most of them want to go swimming daily but one of them wants to garden.

Like all my simple homes, this one has
no cc
fixtures only (including lights, alarms, phone, kitchen and bathroom objects)
all plants are accessible
