Shiluvari means Close to Heaven and I built it for the Build a Resort Competition hosted by Karen Lorraine, here: http://modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=576040

This was my entry for a Home away from Home - self catering on a vacation house. The building had to have at least two terraces and the shell was supplied by Karen Lorraine (and I stared at the lot for days before I had any idea of what I should build)! Finally, I decided to build one in the line of the huge lodges we have here, which will normally be rented by a group of people and each will help to pay the costs.

The house will work well in a normal hood (though it will be very expensive to buy).



The house has a pool, BBQ area, playground, chess, darts and two hot tubs. There is a kitchen, dining area, TV area, bar and three bedrooms.


It has no CC. I use the Ultimate Collection and you will need all expansion and stuff packs.
