Simple homes for simple Sims number 26

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, this is a large family home for sims who like to spend their time around the fireplace in the large living room or just go through the sliding door to the back porch where a sim can read his newspaper in peace. A nice garden and a garage attached to the house make this property a good proposition for any sim family.

As one of my simple homes, it has
no cc
fixtures only (lights, alarms, phone, kitchen and bathroom objects)
all plants are accessible
playability

Oh, I keep forgetting to add that all these homes are one level only, no basements (which is very rare in my country) or second/third/fourth/umpteenth floors.
