Vampires never fail to drink! No more "unwilling snack!"

With this mod, vampires will no longer fail when drinking plasma. This effects compel for small drink, compel for deep drink, drain life spirit, and drink uncontrollably.
Without this mod, if there is garlic, the chance of failing goes up to 1.2 times the normal. If a vampire resistance cocktail is in effect, the chance of failing goes up to 2 times. If they are out in the sun, the chance of failing is random and it usually fails about 75% of the time. These things will no longer effect the vampire's ability to drink. The interaction will no longer fail.
