Sometimes, vehicles just can't help but pile up on the quiet two-lane street outside your peaceful suburban residence. This happens especially when each NPC comes to offer their service in their own separate vehicle and you just happen to be in need of them at the same time, which is not very eco-friendly to begin with. Now, what happens if one of those services you're desperately in need of happens to be one provided by the fire department? What happens if the other helpful NPCs are such hail-fellow sims and decide to panic with you in your time of need instead of having the gumption to flee for their lives and take their vehicles with them which would free up the space for the fire truck to park?

This mod makes it so that the firefighter will, after 10 minutes of finding no parking, just leave their fire truck to its own device and use their feet to come do their job, which is fighting fires and saving innocent, questionable decision-making lives. If the street somehow clears up during that time, the fire truck will then waltz in on its own and the firefighter will leave in it after the job's done. Otherwise they'll leave on foot.

Shoud there be the need for an extra firefighter (if there are more than 6 fires), an extra firefighter will only roll in with the fire truck (and even then, only if your neighborhood has an extra one lying around). Vehicles get lonely, too, you know.

Some technical info:
Only requires Base Game and overrides 2 BHAVs
- Function - Main - Firefighter Group 0x7F7D7BDC Instance 0x00001003
- Wait for Firemen Group 0x7F9D7BCA Instance 0x00001009
as well as adds 1 new BHAV
- Sub - Validate Fire Truck Group 0x7F7D7BDC Instance 0x00001020

Beware that if the firefighter asks to stay while their fire truck is outside and you say yes and your house somehow manages to catch fire again, the current firefighter will ignore the fire since they're no longer on the job and no new firefighter will come until the current fire truck is gone, which is how the game works, with or without the mod, so don't be surprise if that happens. It is what it is the way Maxis intended. If the behavior is not to your liking, well, there are other mods for that. (Mine, actually, though I don't know if there are more out there.)

Shout out to CharlieSiedjan for bringing attention to this problem in the comment section of my (other) other mod which has led to the creation of this mod. Thank you. XD
