Hello simmers! Here I bring you a cottage full of balconies and porches, that's right, this is an exquisite Victorian house for a classic family as such that includes a total of three bedrooms, two of them on the upper floor along with a comfortable space , one directly connected to the balcony and the other connected to the study. The master room is very private with its own porch to the back patio of the kiosk with jacuzzi, leaving aside the kitchen complemented by a utility room (machines) with a rear exit to a good and charming pond for fishing, dining room and living room that are on the ground floor, a closet beside the primary entrance, which could also be added as an additional bathroom, and a garage for 1 car + driveway.



I use: Mootilda´s Turn On/Off lights, Phaeno´s Roof trim Default Replaces in White, iCad´s Skyboxes and nothing includes in download.
