Average Jane's Gym - No CC!

I was asked by Gummilutt to build her Sims a smaller lot "average gym" for her less-than-luxurious Sims who need a place to get a nice workout. This is the result! (Gummilutt even provided all of the lovely screenshots that are used in this upload - so this uploaded lot has never been played and is clean. )

May I present the newest place to get all fit and stinky - Average Jane's Gym! Don't let the name fool you! All of our facilities are for any gender of Sim who would like to use them, even the restroom/shower areas! If you look closely at the gym layout, you will see that although the access doors are marked for male/female from the gym area, that any Sim can access those areas by just going through the hallway in the middle of the gym as those doors aren't marked in any way. (If this is not your play style, it is super easy to swap the non-gender doors for the gendered ones.)





Average Jane's also features non-slip mats under every workout section, wall-mounted TVs, a variety of workout equipment, ample mirrors and an area to sit and enjoy a snack so you can refuel for the next round of exercise. Can we get you to sign up for a membership today?



This lot has:
  • Exercise bikes, treadmils, weight machines, punching bag equipment.
  • Radio with mat for aerobic exercise.
  • Wall-mounted TVs for those Sims who rather not workout.
  • Snack area with seating.
  • Ample showers and bathroom facilities.
  • Comfy seating to relax between workouts.

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
