This is a customizable map, you can name it as you wish, create lots and stories in it; this map is intended for tiny lots; 3x3 lots at most; those who have experience creating neighborhoods alone, know tiny lots is the way to go, specially if you're a newbie.

If you're going to install it as a sub-hood or downtown you'll need to go to the game's program files, you can follow this tutorial from Mootilda, be aware that the folder location will vary depending on which version of the game you have: https://modthesims.info/t/showpost.php?p=3321408&postcount=8

These are the directions if you have the Ultimate Collection:

Downtown: C:\Program Files\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Double Deluxe\EP2\TSData\Res\NeighborhoodTemplate

Subhood: C:\Program Files\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Best of Business\EP3\TSData\Res\NeighborhoodTemplate
