Hello and welcome!

This is the final part of the series in which I fill the empty premade lots. This build is for Belladonna Cove.

So, technically this is a residential lot that was made to look like an apartment building because at first I intended to make it into one, but then changed my mind because first - I don't think I've ever messed with apartment builds before and tbh I don't really want to, and second - I wasn't sure if it would've functioned properly. So yeah, this is an apartment building that is secretly a residential lot lol.

As I see it, this was once some kind of a warehouse that was later made into an apartment complex (btw this is not the first time I'm building something on this specific lot and idk why but I always build industrial stuff there lol). There are four studio-like apartments, three of them are unfurnished. The fourth one (as well as the exterior and the hallways of the build) was inspired by T.K's safe house from Driver: Parallel Lines because I was replaying that game at the moment for like the 500th time so I wanted to try and make something similar.

The ground floor was originally supposed to be a garage, but then it evolved into a workshop because I thought that's more fun, plus, again, Driver vibes. I kind of feel sorry for the furure residents of the second floor though because I'm not sure if living above a workshop is a lot of fun lol.

Also there's a little hangout spot on the roof that actually provides some nice views.

The lot size is 20x40, the price is 149.901.
