Welcome to Mullet Drive. A cozy family home for your family sims.
The house is inspired by a home i saw on a tv-show.

The entrance floor has a laundry room, bathroom, kitchen diner an office area and a spacious livingroom. Upstairs you can find two double bedrooms one of those ensuite aswell as two single bedrooms for the children. There is also an upstairs family bathroom.

The garden is well landscaped with a playarea for the children and a poolarea in the back.
Per as usual there is NO CC on this lot.
