Rockwell Acres made Smaller

As much as I love Rockwell Acres from The Sims 2's console version, the floorplan is kind of... too much. You can tell it was made for a game with direct control, since you can run unobstructed from the dining area to the bathroom without needing to stop.

What I did here was scale the house down to a more reasonable size. Since we don't get to move our sims around by ourselves anymore, this layout is more logical for pointing and clicking. This ended up shrinking it down so much, I could even build it on the 20x15 lots in Newcrest! I also took the opportunity to correct a design flaw in the kitchen (which wouldn't have been possible on the 6th-gen consoles anyway) and put a 2/3 wall between the countertops and the dining room. This separates it without separating it.

No DLC or CC was used on this lot. The trayitem description makes reference to the house's "eco-footprint", which obviously isn't a thing without Eco Lifestyle.

I've got a couple more ideas for Rockwell Acres that I'll see about putting up later (once I've built them that is :P)
