The Reality.
Since all my small houses tend to share the same look, I decided why not say they were all designed by the same company? So, "Movey Industries" is one of my in-canon architecture companies. Really, this is a house I've been building in The Sims for years (all the way back to TS1), and I reworked it a bit to test out Dream Home Decorator. I tried to come in under §20k, but all the DH stuff is just too expensive. To cut down on cost to a minimum level, there are no electronics on this property, but all the other furnishings are there. It could be lowered to §19k with cheaper furniture, but I'll leave that up to you. :D
