Any lot is available for bulldozing, with the option to pack the existing furniture if a household already owns it.
Notes
→ You can alternatively use the Ctrl+B keys to trigger the bulldozer button.
→ The bulldozing process is not undoable, meaning that once bulldozed, you cannot reverse it. Clicking the bulldozer button will show a confirmation dialog for bulldozing.
→ Depending on your computer, your game, the bulldozing lot, and whether packing the furniture, the process may take some time, though it usually takes a few seconds for a lot only to be bulldozed.
→ Bulldozing is disabled while previewing the placed blueprints in the blueprint mode. However, it is possible to gain an extra, small amount of money from rooms made from blueprints upon bulldozing.
→ During the bulldozing process, everyone on the lot will be safely relocated nearby but outside the lot, if possible.
→ Bulldozing a WA base camp will not give the active household money, and there will be no option to pack the furniture for it, unlike bulldozing an ITF base camp, penthouses, apartments, and dormitories.
→ The household owning the bulldozing lot will receive the money and the furniture, if packed, from the bulldozing.
→ Vehicles and urnstones on the bulldozing lot are preserved whenever possible. Vehicles will be sent either to their owning Sims' inventories or their owning households' inventories. Urnstones will be sent to the owning household's inventory or the closest mausoleum; otherwise, they will be placed in the NPC household's inventory just in case.
→ If your Sims become invisible after bulldozing, use NRaas MasterController to reset your Sims, instead of the resetSim cheat.
→ These features apply to this bulldozer button and not to the one in the edit town mode.
Changelog
21.12.2025
→ The code has been reorganised to make it easier to read and edit. :D
→ There were three layout files for each mode (build, buy, blueprint); now there is one layout file to rule them all!
→ The bulldozer button injection is now triggered when the UI for build, buy, or blueprint mode is loaded, instead of when the game is about to change between substates, which makes its timing for injection better.
→ Active Bonehildas on the bulldozing lot are now handled if they have their coffins present on the lot.
→ The urnstone handling logic is improved. The bulldozer will also look for urnstones of non-playable ghosts within the inventories of the objects on the lot, provided you did not check the Pack Furniture option.
→ The post-bulldozing Sim invisibility issue might have been, hopefully, gone.
→ Books in bookshelves will now be sold if the Pack Furniture option is not checked. Reminder: Books that are automatically added to bookshelves have 0 simoleons of value.
→ The bookshelf notification appearing when a bookshelf is sold will no longer appear upon bulldozing.
→ A hotkey is added for the bulldozer button: Ctrl+B!

→ If graves cannot be placed in the owning household's inventory or any mausoleum, they will be placed in the NPC household's inventory, instead of being destroyed.
→ If a lot is being bulldozed with any mausoleum on it, the graves in those will be placed in the closest mausoleum on another lot, if available.
→ If there is only one Sim in the owning household who can use a vehicle, then that vehicle will be placed in that Sim's inventory.

→ Terrain and floor grids will no longer disappear after bulldozing.
→ Floor levels and wall modes are now properly updated after bulldozing.
→ Graves will no longer be placed in the mausoleum(s) on the same lot that is being bulldozed.
→ Graves will be placed in the closest mausoleum available (previously, it was random) if they cannot be placed in the owning household's inventory.
Known Issues
→ As stated in the Notes section, Sims on the lot may end up invisible after bulldozing. Resetting them with NRaas MasterController will recover them.
