Bulldozer in Build&Buy Modes

This mod adds a bulldozer button to the build, buy, and blueprint modes, allowing you to bulldoze lots from these modes.

Any lot is available for bulldozing, with the option to pack the existing furniture if a household already owns it.

Notes
→ You can alternatively use the Ctrl+B keys to trigger the bulldozer button.
→ The bulldozing process is not undoable, meaning that once bulldozed, you cannot reverse it. Clicking the bulldozer button will show a confirmation dialog for bulldozing.
→ Depending on your computer, your game, the bulldozing lot, and whether packing the furniture, the process may take some time, though it usually takes a few seconds for a lot only to be bulldozed.
→ Bulldozing is disabled while previewing the placed blueprints in the blueprint mode. However, it is possible to gain an extra, small amount of money from rooms made from blueprints upon bulldozing.
→ During the bulldozing process, everyone on the lot will be safely relocated nearby but outside the lot, if possible.
→ Bulldozing a WA base camp will not give the active household money, and there will be no option to pack the furniture for it, unlike bulldozing an ITF base camp, penthouses, apartments, and dormitories.
→ The household owning the bulldozing lot will receive the money and the furniture, if packed, from the bulldozing.
→ Vehicles and urnstones on the bulldozing lot are preserved whenever possible. Vehicles will be sent either to their owning Sims' inventories or their owning households' inventories. Urnstones will be sent to the owning household's inventory or the closest mausoleum; otherwise, they will be placed in the NPC household's inventory just in case.
→ These features apply to this bulldozer button and not to the one in the edit town mode.
