The wreck of the Wayfarer is electrified and weather-proofed for residential use. Start a new legacy with this old ship, veteran of a hundred voyages.

This build is a ship ran aground that's been repurposed for 1 Sim (or 2 if you rearrange some furniture) to live in. It's supposed to be off the grid with electricity from solar panels and water from rainwater harvesting. There's an external bathroom since the ship's plumbing has long been destroyed. It was built for a sandy beach lot but grass is fine too.
