This is a remake of a house that no simmer need to be introduced to.

I see that Electronic Arts wanted to make this house look like a crypt or a mausoleum with a cemetery to our beloved murderer, Olive 🤍
So I took this idea and made it look more like a mausoleum on a cemetery with all these architectural structures.
The mentioned graveyard also got a remake. I wanted it to look more crowded with crypts and additional sides filled with graves. The red chair in the middle of the cemetery always looked really good for me, it made a pretty scary atmosphere. My friend suggested an idea to use the evil witch's throne from "Apartment Life" DLC and it was a really good idea! I also wanted to make this cemetery more like the Dia de Los Muertos Day with all candles and lights all around but without the colorful parts of this holiday so the graveyard looks more creepy.

And about the house interior?
Here I used a lot of victorian styles and ideas. I still tried to keep the brick-like mausoleum look inside but make it feel more like home.
I really love the dining room because I was inspired by the "Labour" music video by Paris Paloma to make it.
I tried to keep rooms crowded with stuff and candles to get that creepy cemetery-like vibe of the house. I really love the vibe of candles everywhere in this house. I also took inspirations from Netflix's: "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" but there aren't much of thouse.
I like how kitchen turned out with a separate stove and wooden furnitures, everything filled with clutter to make this place cosy enough but still kind of medieval.

Overall I think my version of this house is better than the original because it's more detailed and personal. Ophelia Nigmos has alien vibe posters in her room because her boyfriend is an alien and Olive Specter has a voodoo doll in her room to suggest that she is indeed a murderer. Or is she just unlucky? You can also find childish stuff in this house like toys that suggest the Olive's lost child.
The whole house looks like a mausoleum outside but it's a creepy house inside and that's the vibe I was aiming for.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

There are NO tombstones on this lot.
(But I really recommend to take them with your sims to this lot if you choose to move them here.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

There are all needed alarms like fire and burglar alarms in all rooms that they need to be in. They are covered up with furnitures or architecture structures.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
