Lot: Sunflower Dreams - Partially Furnished $137k

A family home dedicated to the types who like to git out in the garden! Inspired by simsational suzi's recolour of RGiles Kitchen =)

Sunflower Dreams is a home for a larger family. Sporting a fully lined useable basement with bathroom, a window and doorway access to the outside world, a lush vegetable garden and apple tree. A separate gardening and tool shed blends in with the outside decor of the home and overlooks the leafy steps down to the basement.

On the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen with a set of stairs leading to the basement, an entrance hall for all those coats and hats, an ample living area with fireplace and dining for 6. There is also a bathroom off the entrance hall to make life smoother.

Upstairs (undecorated) are a main bedroom with fireplace and ensuite, 2 medium size bedrooms that share a bathroom and a smaller bedroom suitable for a toddler or perhaps a baby.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR USING THIS LOT

1) I have University installed. I use some Uni objects. If you don't have Uni I really have NO idea what will happen =D Please don't ask if its EP compliant - obviously it is =P

2) Numenors Recolourable Wrought Iron Modular Stairs

You need this file in order to have wrought iron modulars that can be recoloured using the Design Tool. If you don't have it you may not have stairs at all =) Find it here:

Contains the Lot File, Build and Garden Objects in a Sims2 Repacked File.

Sunflower Dreams File 2 -- Objects&Recoloura.rar
Contains a folder named Maxis Recolours with all the Maxis recolour package files within. Contains a folder called Objects by Creator - each creator has an individual folder containing the meshes and any corresponding recolours.
