FLAGER COLLEGE, the school I am attending in St. Augustine (the oldest city in the country), Florida, USA. It was originally Ponce de Leon Hotel, which is why each dorm room either has a bathroom or shares one with one other room. Also, the rooms are very sparsely furnished--my room looked basically like one of the blue rooms when I moved in, only without the fireplace, because not all rooms have those--so don't think I didn't take the time to decorate anything. I wish you could do ceilings with the Sims2, because we have awesome paintings, but you'll have to settle for the railings and such.

In actuality, this school is so huge I couldn't even fit all of the main building on the lot, so I just chopped the dining room and Molly's Cafe/Flagler Legacy Shop(on the bottom) in half. Also, I removed an entire floor of dorms, on the grounds that you can't have that many people and still run the game.

The lot runs exceptionally well, even for a large lot, if you remove those accursed fountains! I included them because they are in the central plaza area, and they look nice from the neighborhood (see pic), but they suck up all the memory---I suggest you remove them and replace them with some flowers if you intend to play.

IMPORTANT!
There are two versions of this file. The first is simply the dorms. The second includes the ghost that haunts the fourth floor at Flagler College, the wife of the late Mr. Flagler (this I should not be talking about!). She died of starvation, and her urn is up on the fourth floor. If you don't want her, get the lot without it.

I may turn this into a community lot, as tours are also offered here (historical building, blahblah), but right now it shall stay as dorms.
