Creating and building in the sims is a big hobby of mine. Everything I upload is intended to be free, and is meant for the enjoyment of everyone. Please keep my creations off the paysites, and please give credit where credit is due. Other than that, have fun with it! You may recolor and redistribute anything I've shared on MTS. I appreciate a link back and a notification if you do use my stuff... mostly because I'm so curious to see what you do with it! :-)
