Description:
Starter house for 1-2 sims, furnished, with basement. This is supposed to be a bungalow from the deep dark 70's, don't panic about the décor (finally a house where I can use that wacky carpet!). Some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom (can be made into 3)
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
2 x spare room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. Driveway + car included.

Expandability: Basement can be enlarged and/or top floor added.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, please try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
