Description:
Two-story starter house for 1-2 Sims, furnished, with driveway.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom (1 furnished)
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x livingroom

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a an easel and a chess set; driveway included. A big fireplace would look very good on this house (livingroom, outside wall) but was too expensive for the starter budget.

Expandability: Not without major reconstruction.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, please try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.

This is the last Newbie Road house for the time being. Before I post any more stuff I'll have to build it first (which means don't expect anything before February or so). If you're not sure whether or not you've seen all of the starters I posted, check my profile (it's more than 60 starter houses I think, should keep you afloat for a while =).

This also means that if you've any requests/ideas/suggestions about what you'd like to see in a starter (or <30.000) house, this is a good point in time to let me know (use this thread -- don't PM me). For "can you make a huge glitzy castle" requests I'm obviously the wrong address, and I *cannot* do base game lots anymore (wish I could, but NL is installed and I'm not going to uninstall).

If anyone feels like doing a non-EP version of any of my Nightlife lots, you don't need to ask me -- go ahead, feel free to redistribute, please link to the original thread, and name your upload in such a way that people can tell which is which (like for example, "Newbie Road 439c - Non-EP version").
