Description:
Bungalow-style starter house, (lightly) furnished for 1-2 sims, with basement (separate entrance), porch in front + back, and driveway. Some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom (can be made into 3)
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
2 x spare room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, tub/shower combo, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector (in- and outside), bookshelf. NO trashcan, because I forgot it. Driveway included. This house also has an outdoor grill.

Expandability: Basement can be enlarged and/or top floor added.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, please try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
