Description:
Family house for 3-4 Sims, furnished, with basement, porch in front + back, and driveway. This is an expanded version of Newbie Road 36.

1 x double bedroom
3 x single bedroom (1 furnished)
3 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
2 x livingroom

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (2x, both expensive), bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a dresser, a crib, a changing table, a potty, a stove, a chess set, and a swing; driveway + car included.

Expandability: Basement can be enlarged a bit more, and/or rooms added on the right side. Both should be relatively easy to do.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, please try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
