Description:
One more mini house for 1-2 sims that can't afford a regular starter. With covered porch and outdoor grill; a driveway will fit neatly in front of the porch.

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has an outdoor grill; no trash can but the outside one is right at the doorstep.

Expandability: The right wall of the bedroom doesn't have any windows, there would be an option. And/or you could add a second floor (untested).


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
