Description:
Tiny house for an impoverished sim or couple, furnished with all necessities but no more than that, with porch in front + back and a basement that can be used for expansion. Enough room for a driveway (but none included), no landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom

1 x kitchen/dining/living room
1 x basement (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, trash can, bookshelf. No smoke detector, and I don't think there's a burglar alarm (not 100% sure).


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
