Hi! This is my very first lot upload, so i hope you like it! It needs nightlife and university - sorry for the ppl that dont have them but if requested i may do an ordinary version, but only if enough ppl want it!!
This contains a few custom items:
sunairsims - all kitchen appliances, counters, wall units, breakfast bar, chairs at the breakfast bar and the table (im not sure if the chairs at the table come from sunairsims but it is VERY likely) the bathroom cabinets are also from sunairsims along with the toilet and shower cubicle.
mts2 - the wall windows are the numenor full length ones, the bay windows are the simfantastic2 windows too.
The bathroom decor probably isnt there because i had to delete it (custom content that i could not credit)! Sorry!
The rooms included are: living room/diner, kitchen/diner with fish tank, clubbing room, lover's room (this is a teeny room with hottub, double bed and loveseat), music room, sun lounge/conservatory with pool table, 3 bathrooms (1 downstairs, 1 upstairs main and 1 master en-suite), nursery, 3 double bedrooms, 2 swimming pools (1 indoor and 1 outdoor), gym, observation deck, library (in tower), gamesroom and garden with furniture.
I am sorry for the bad roofing, but it was the best i could do - hopefully its not too bad because it isnt seen too much!!

And now ive changed it so its a zip file instead of sims2pack (thats the rules anyway but i changed it JUST before delphy enforced the "no sims2pack files" rule!!!!!) because i know it was a huge file :S!!!!! But now its only 3mb as opposed to 9mb.... lol
