Cosy Living - Family House

I made a pretty, cosy little family house with a nice garden and patio. I had originally intended on making a tiny little one bed but then the house just.. escalated haha.
Rooms as follows:

Downstairs:
Garage
Hallway
Kitchen/Diner
Living Room

Upstairs:
Hallway
Bathroom
Master Bedroom
Two Single Bedrooms

I have included the unfurnished and furnished versions of this house. Note that there are some slight differences in the decor between the furnished and unfurnished versions - one bedroom has a slightly different wall colour and the living room has been changed from carpet (unfurnished) to wood (furnished) to match better with the furnishings.

Hopefully you like the house for a happy sim family :]

NOTE: Not all the stuff packs listed may be needed. They are ticked as a precaution. I took care not to use any (with the exception of mansion and garden) so there is a large chance you will not need them to use the house. The only one definitely in there is Teen Style Stuff, and this is only in the furnished version. Thanks to lexi. for pointing this out :]
