Hi. Im not sure if this needs NL or uni, so i put that it needed them anyway! Feel free to test though please, I would like to know!! There is room for a driveway because I put one in and then decided to take it out and get the house to be compatible with the original.

There is custom content in this house, but not much.
The stove is from reflexsims
The beds are both from meshkiste
The chairs at the dining table are from MTS2 by shannanisims and can be found here

This house will cost your simmies 75,942 simoleons - sorry i get carried away when furnishing! lol. The decor is all wood as i wanted it to be a wooden style home.
