This "Lovely" family home has been checked with clean installer. It is minimally furnished with Maxis items. All content unless otherwise specified is Maxis or my own.

Here is a wonderful roomy home for you Sim family. It features a two-car garage, hexagonal pool, pond, rear balcony, and sunroom. It also features modular stairs that I built myself (my first attemp, so they aren't fabulous, but I am pleased with them), large eat-in kitchen, master bedroom with ajoining bath, laundry room, two bedrooms, and two full baths. (not counting master) It comes fully landscaped, although there is plenty of room to add your own touches. The children's bedrooms are furnished with my own bedroom sets (Maxis recolors, and my own walls) Kitchen wallpaper is my own, as well as sunroom wallpaper.
