I created this house in order to have plenty of room to combine 2 small families. This house is a nicely sized 5 bedroom 4 bath home. It has a large open family room on the 1st floor along with a library, dining room and medium sized kitchen. The kitchen and library both lead out to a nice deck perfect for getting some sun or having a BBQ. The upstairs has 5 nicely sized bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master bedrooms with attached bathroom on each. Also a nursery with a small attached bathroom. And finally 2 children or teenagers bedrooms that share a bathroom. Outside there are plenty of trees to offer shade and a pool to cool off in. The is a detached 2 car garage. Hope you enjoy.
