So it's been awhile but I liked this little guy enough to share.



Built for my volcanic island hood, this 1 bedroom features a large living room, country kitchen and full bath as well as a driveway and a trim little patio in the back. The landscaping is sparse because, well it's a house built on a volcanic island However there are a few small but well maintained flowerbeds. It only has the basic fixtures (kitchen and bath) so you're Sims personality can really shine through your decorating choices.

You can easily expand the home either up or, as I intend to, through additions on the back of the house. The lot is big enough to support a much larger home so if you prefer that your Sims move as little as possible, this house is perfect.
