I started out building this house as a starter home, but I decided to expand it a little, taking it over the $20,000 barrier. However, at only $26,087 it’s still very reasonably priced

The house sits on a 2x2 lot is partially furnished, with counters, fridge, cooker, table and chairs in the kitchen/dining area, a sofa, coffee table, TV and stereo in the living area on the first floor. Also included on this level are a phone, smoke detector and burglar alarm, as well as a fully furnished bathroom containing a shower/bath, sink, mirror and a toilet.

In the ground floor there are two unfurnished bedrooms, both big enough for a double bed, and another furnished bathroom complete with shower/bath, sink, mirror and toilet. There is scope to divide the hallway into more rooms if you want.

What makes this house a bit different is the fact that the entrance is on the first floor and can be accessed using the four part staircase at the front of the house. There is no entrance on the ground floor, but there’s room to add one.

The lot also features a drive and a swimming pool complete with diving board and pool ladder.
