The old SimFuel oilrig of simcity, refurbished for the new owners.
Furnished are only 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room (with maxis objects).
Telephone, kitchen smoke detector and burglar alarms are installed, and a driveway is ready for your car!
Be careful: it takes some time to get from the roof to ground level, so don't be late for school bus or car pool.

This was my first lot project, kind of a proof-of-concept.
Got the idea after watching the movie "North Sea Hijack".
Built without using cheats, just used the dormer on dormer trick to reach 8 high levels...
Due to the construction, in some rooms (the manager's office for example) you can't construct new walls or change single floor plates, just the whole floor at once.
This happens because these rooms are not supported by columns or walls below.
But you can walk there and place objects without problems.
