The Rosewood is a great family home, with a wonderful split level entry (your sims might hate having to walk up and down stairs ... but that doesn't matter to you! Ha!)

The house had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a pool house and full bath outside for all those sim pool parties and BBQ's.
Enter the house to find a true split level entry. Walk up a few stairs to find your self in the open kitchen and dining room.
