The Rosewood is a great family home, with a wonderful split level entry (your sims might hate having to walk up and down stairs ... but that doesn't matter to you! Ha!)

The house had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a pool house and full bath outside for all those sim pool parties and BBQ's.
Enter the house to find a true split level entry. Walk up a few stairs to find your self in the open kitchen and dining room. An office is off this area as well as the cozy living room with fireplace. Of this main area is also a large balcony perfect for playing a game of chess or for stargazing at night.

The bedrooms are all located on the bottom level. The master has its own private bath as well as a private set of French doors leading to the beautiful patio area and swimming pool. The other two bedrooms share a full bath. This lower level also has a small office set up (this would be perfect for a sewing area! - hint hint free time!)

Outside there's a sparkling pool, spa and BBQ area with it's own sink.
