This great Urban house has three levels all of which has either a porch or balcony. There are 4 bedrooms plus an office, library, and bonus room. There are also 5 baths. Enter the house on the second level to find a a pair of stairs and an elevator. This second level has the master suite and luxurious master bath complete with steam shower and dressing table! There's also two more bedrooms, each with their own baths.

On the ground floor is the rec. room and bar area, a guest bedrooms and full bath. The garage is also on this lower level.

On the third level is the great room with balcony with is open to the gourmet kitchen. The dining room is tucked behind a beautiful stone wall that is shared with the fireplace. A bonus room is also on this level - a kids play area? A pet area? A place for career rewards? The options are limitless.

The landscaping is beautiful with wonderful planting beds and mature trees. The house is on a hill so there's not much of a backyard, however this can easily be changed if one desires.

The house has NO CC and is hack free! So, download without worry. The floor plan is very playable (I hope the elevator works, I've never put an elevator in a house before!) This house would look great in any neighborhood.
