This beautiful 2 story house is definitely big enough for most sim families.

When you walk through the front door of this beautiful home, there is a large kitchen with plenty of room for cooking. Off to the right of the kitchen is a large dining room big enough to seat 6. The dining room leads to a nice screened in back porch where you can sit and watch the kids play in the pool or swing on the swing. The downstairs is also complete with a cozy family room just right for snuggling on the couch to watch a nice movie and a warm study to read a book or help the kids with homework.

The upstairs has 4 nice bedrooms and 2 baths. The upstairs hall area is large enough for a few chairs, and/or piano.

The house was built on a medium lot with plenty of room for the kids to run and play. There is a large pool and a pond with a deck over it along with a hot tub.

The unfurnished cost $64,019 while the furnished is $116,150. The price may be a little high, but it is worth it!
