This 3x3 lot embodies all your Sims' desires in a town square. It's formal, full of pomp, has a central obelisk-type structure and doesn't cost the Earth for Mrs. Crumplebottom to buy. (and control...)

It's ready to use, though I prefer it as a 'hood decorative item as there isn't alot to do when visiting. It lights up at night though! The most informal feature is the grassy stencil right up to the obelisk on 4 sides, cutting through marble, paved and crazy paved areas to create visual interest.
