This is Bloc sur L'Eau a modern luxury home for a couple or a small family. This is based on an actual property, the name of which escapes me (I found the picture on Google), so please don't ask why there is a half wall on the roof, it was just the way it was :P. It would have been impossible to make an exact copy, well impossible for me anyhow

The property has two custom content walls, created by me, using Homecrafter Plus which are both included in the file.

The layout appears complex, so let me just summarise, and you can check the thumbnails below for further details:

Ground Floor:
Kitchen-Diner-Reception room, Loung with separate TV area.

1st Floor:
Study/Library/Art studio, Activity/Gaming/Fitness room.

2nd Floor:
Master bedroom with en-suite bath and shower facilities, Second bedroom with en-suite shower facility.

This house comes fully furnished.
