41 Oakridge Drive - by request

Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
Savannah42 e-mailed me requesting this lot and I've got to say first off, it's huge... and very similar to the lot cmkb396 asked m to build... well cmkb's gave me some problems while building and so did this one (I'm not mad though Savannah41, don't worry). The size of it and just trying to make it all work together on the Sims and all the driveway! WOW! Your game would be lagging extremely so I deleted all the driveways except for the ones inside the garages hoping to save all our computers from crashing. =P Well I hope you all like it and I'm glad it's over with ;P



This house has:
- 4/5 bedrooms and 5 full and 2 half baths

- unfurnished (after all the time taken just to build it I wasn't going to bother decorating it)

- style: country, farm, luxury
