The Poplar is a great home for any sim or sim family wanting to "move up" from a starter home. With a price of 68,352 it's a great home for sims to live in after getting that "big bonus" (or a great home with a one click of the great motherlode cheat)

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.25 baths. The master has a private bath and door leading to the great screened in porch. The other two bedroom share a full bath, while a powder room is great for guests.

Enter The Poplar to find yourself in an open and airy layout. The living room flows nicely into the large kitchen with breakfast bar.
