The Santa Rosa is a wondeful family Suburban Spanish Home. The house has a great layout with 5 bedrooms and 5 full baths. Some great features are the sunken living room, the walk out basement, and the wonderful open kitchen.

Enter the house to see the great sunken living room, which leads to the formal dining room. The dining room is right off the kitchen and would be perfect for entertaining. Off the kitchen there's also a light filled breakfast nook. The kitchen and nook both have access to the large patio. Downstaris there's also an office with attached bath. This would be perfect for an older realitive as well. Another full bath rounds out the downstaris.

Upstaris, the bedrooms are located. The landing offeres a great view of the entry and sunken living room with beautiful two story windows. The master suite has a private balcony (sit among the tree tops and play a game of chess!), as well as a private master bath with steam shower. All the other bedrooms are left unfirnished so you can decorate them to your needs.

Outside, there's a pool, spa and green house with orchard. There's also a BBQ area.

The basement of the house is accessed through the garage and is a quick flight of stairs from the kitchen. The basement has a exercise area, and pool table. There's also a full bath. The basement has a walk out patio area, with a flight of stairs leading to the backyard. WOW!
