Today I bring you The Shasta. The Shasta is a great playable home with wonderful details and a fun layout. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3.25 baths. There's also a guesthouse with full bath.

Enter The Shasta to find yourself in a great open layout. To the left is the office complete with it's own balcony. To the right of the entry is a powder room with shower. Go forward to find yourself in the airy breakfast nook connected to the gourmet kitchen with bar area - a true cooks dream! Further forward is the living room with lots of natural light from a bank of full length windows. Sit and relax in front of the plasma TV while being surrounded by beautiful nature. Attached to the living room and kitchen is the formal dining room - a perfect venue for any gourmet meal. A balcony is off the dining room and has a BBQ and outdoor eating area.

The top level also has the master suite. The master suite has a private balcony along with an attached bath. The master bath has a steam shower dual sinks and a toilet closet - wow!

The bottom level of this home has all the other bedrooms and is accessed though a stair case with large landing. On this level are two more bathrooms - one is a Jack and Jill bath shared by two of the bedrooms. This level is a blank canvas! Do whatever you want with the bedrooms - more hobby areas? A large family? Or even a pet area! The choice is yours!! Access to the large patio is from the level as well.

Outside the guesthouse is located and comes complete with hobby items and a full bath. The landscaping is lush and mountain feeling, complete with ponds and sitting areas surrounded by large pines. A sparkling pool is refreshing after playing a game of soccer or shooting some hoops!

The Shasta has it all - complete with a sloped driveway (fully play tested and works great!). The only thing is doesn't have is CC - nope, none at all and always NO HACKS!
