-Sand Simolean Point Shopping- 7 Little Shops Plus Template!

So here's my latest addition to Sand Simolean Point. If you don't know what it is, it's a cute little neighborhood that I made and I'm slowly adding buildings to it. On that note, as I am slowly adding to it, if you are following along, the only thing you will have to do is populate it.

I RARELY use commercial lots. Most of my sims live their entire lives only leaving the house to go to work. Geez, that sounds awful doesn't it? Well, maybe if I had cuter comm lots to visit, I'd use them. The Maxis ones are so huge and poorly designed that they lag my laptop and are a pain to navigate. For this project I've created seven specialty lots, each providing only one or two goods and services. Architecturally, they are identical. I made one building then furnished it and decorated it differently for each. I didn't do this because I'm lazy, I did it because I like the look of them when they are all sitting next to each other. Got inspired by these.

Install Instructions:
You NEED to use CleanInstaller to install these. I have all the StuffPacks and that prevents the Maxis installer from letting you install these lots if you don't also have the StuffPacks. Some of the content used is from them, but I have found that that content will just not be there when you load the lot, like it never existed in the first place. You still need all the EPs, no way of getting around that. The template only requires OFB, so if you don't have all the EPs, you can create your own from that.
