The house is rather small, and since it's build on a 1x1-lot, there isn't much room for expansion. So it's perfect for a couple of sims that are focused on their carreer rather than on having kids, or for an elderly couple.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a tiny living room and a small bathroom. On the first floor there's the bedroom and a larger bathroom.
No custom content was used while making this, and you only need NL & OFB.
