Mod The Sims - Beautiful modern house for your family of sims

This house is perfect for a family of sims with a budget. It has everything they need: a beautiful kitchen + dining space, a large living room, two bedrooms one for the parents, one for the children, I put two beds in the children's bedroom, but if you get rid of the other furniture it easily fits four beds), three toilets and one large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
There's also room for your car.

There's nu custom content, but you will probably need the nightlife and university EP's, because they were installed when I made this.

I let a family of sims live in a copy of this house, and everything seemed to be okay!
