I made a nice house for a Sims Family.
It has three floors.

First floor: kitchen, living room, bathroom
Second floor: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom
Third floor: 2 bedrooms and a terrace
Garden: Swiming Pool, a pond and a terrace

I didn't use any custom content, and you don't need any expansian packs either.
