Okay, I'm writing a story about two people that live together, and suddenly I felt like building their house in the Sims Universal 
So, the house is designed for two roomies, but you can change some things so that it is perfect for a family of Sims.
I wanted the house to look like it was build decades ago, but the people who live there now have given it their own modern touch, of course with respect to the older features (like the fireplace etc...).
The house is fully furnished.
The garden looks a it like a mess (sorry, don't have a good picture of it, forgot to take one), but that is what I was aiming for. Not everybody wants a well-kept garden, right?
Also, there's no custom content, but you need Nightlife and University.
I let a family of sims live in a copy of the house for several days, and everything worked perfectly!
